One of the greatest features with the wiki technology is the possibility to cooperate in writing useful texts, but maybe also to build useful [[Chronology|chronologies]]. As dendrochronologists we sometimes measure a piece of wood, or a number of samples, of potentially great value, but originating from an area or a timespan in which we do not have enough material ourselves. Let us gather such stuff on the wiki, and maybe somebody else will find another piece, and sooner or later we may be able to construct new [[collection]]s and chronologies out of those single series, useful for all of us.
