This template create a link to the English Wikipedia.
If article and Text is left empty, a link to the article with same name as the actual article at this wiki will be constructed. If just article is used the link name and URL will be to that name on enWP. If both article and text is filled in, link name and article name can be specified separately from each other (and from the local pagename).
